Problem loading the video content

Hi all,

I hope you are well.

We have seen error with Videology tags and your player. The advert plays correctly, and VPAID fires all the events, however, the video content doesn't load after the ad. I believe it is an issue with the player not handling the AdStopped event.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello,

Yes I see that when I set you ad tag to “googima” mode in our ad tester, the video will play after the ad as expected, but when the client is set to “vast”, the video will not play, even though I see an adCompleted event has fired here:

Are you able to submit a ticket through the Support portal so that I may escalate this to our engineers?

Hi Heidi,

I work at Videology, it is our clients who use the player. This is affecting a bunch of them and instead of telling them to raise the ticket, I did it from ourside to make things quicker. Please could you raise this ticket directly and fix it?
