Pause pre-roll videos and add tracking pixel to the video

We have a request from a publisher asking to play some video without pre-roll video. They also want us to add a tracking pixel code. Please let me know how we can achieve this.

JW Player does not provide built-in functionality for adding a tracking pixel to your page, but it is a simple process your web developer will be able to implement with a few steps. Including or not including a pre-roll ad with your video has to do with how you set up your players in the dashboard or in the page. This matter would be better explored with a valid Support case submitted through your account, are you able to create one?
