Dashboard video poster image not updating


I changed the poster image for two videos on the dashboard. It has been over an hour and I see the following:

1. The small poster image under videos/metadata shows the updated image for both videos
2. The large preview player still shows the old poster for both.
3. On the website where the videos are embedded one is showing the the new poster the other is still showing the older poster image.

Sorry, I had restored the old poster images this morning. The new poster images that I tried to use yesterday were related to a cancellation of a live streaming event last night.
I have just now placed two new test poster images on the same two videos for you to see what's happening.

1. On the dashboard playlist.m3u8 shows the small thumbnail version of the new poster image, but the test player shows the old poster image. On the associated webpage the player shows the old poster image.

2. On the dashboard Audio-playlist.m3u8 shows the small thumbnail version correctly but not on the test player. The associated webpage shows the new player poster image correctly.

No problem! I just checked both links for your site and the preview image for the embed and compared them with the thumbnails from the dashboard for both videos and they look identical to me. Are you still experiencing an issue?

Thank you. Things are working, I was refreshing the page but need to clear the cache also.
