Hi,

My name is Timoor Kurdi and I’m a Support Engineer at JW Player.

That error usually means – “Your playlist was loaded and parsed correctly, but the player could not find any acceptable media sources in your feed. This probably means your playlist did not contain media in one of the 9 Supported Media Formats.” which are listed here – https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference

This article goes into detail on the various error messages that you may run into – https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403682

Could you please follow the instructions on this page so we can try to reproduce the issue? – https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2186238-troubleshooting-%E2%80%94-creating-a-reproduction-page

Regards,
Timoor Kurdi

So like I mentioned above, youtube is not supported with JW8.

For the link https://openload.co/f/PVUC-HTFi7k/v.mp4, I tested in our stream tester and it doesn’t play so there is an issue with the file and not the player -
