Account Billing

I have been with u guys for years. I meant the early days.
And I cannot find anywhere in the billing the history of licenses and payments I sent in the past?
As I recall I purchases a perpetual license to the player when if first came out.

Can u please bring me up to speed on this?

For purchases prior to 2014 you should have received an email with a license number a link to download the player files. These were stand-alone player only licenses.

We introduced the JW Player dashboard in 2014 as a separate product that included a player license, hosting, analytics, and more. Your perpetual license purchase would not be associated, or applied to, your JW Player dashboard account.
