Hi there,

In 2012 I bought a JW player license for 50 sites. The receipt number was #87165 and I paid $200 for it. Where and how is that applied to my account?

For purchases prior to 2014 you should have received an email with a license number a link to download the player files. These were stand-alone licenses.

We introduced the JW Player dashboard mid year 2014 as a separate product that included a license, and features such as analytics. Your 2012 purchase would not be associated, or applied to, your JW Player dashboard account or any other purchases.
