In terms of restricting users from accessing your content, that is something you would set up by implementing security measures such as requiring users to authenticate their identity which regulates access at the source .
To prevent a user from FF or rewinding the content, you’re talking about disabling seeking. We don’t have built in functionality for this, but you can add some custom code to prevent your users from fast-forwarding or rewinding the video.
