video poor quality


Hello,

The video when played from my hard drive is clear and crisp. After uploading to JW the video is blurry and cannot be seen by the viewer. How can this be fixed?

Most likely you are using JW 7 on a free account. This would require your users to manually select a higher quality. Upgrade to JW 8 and adaptive streaming will be enabled and you will notice the higher quality conversion is automatically being loaded from our platform.
