Chapter markers not set precisely

Hi,

when setting chapter markers in the timeline the markers are not set precisely.

When the player is not in fullscreen mode the markers have an offset of a few seconds, for long videos the offset rises to > 1 minute.

Is it just a stylesheet problem? How can it be fixed?

Hello Heidi,

link already provided: to your own tutorial "Adding Chapter Markers" using a VTT file.

VTT file: http://assets-jpcust.jwpsrv.com/tracks/XtwSLSdq.txt

The first marker should be at position 01:42 in the timeline but it is at 01:53,
marker for ending credits should be at 12:24 but it is at position 13:15 in the timeline.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have reproduced the same issue in Chrome on my side, so I will escalate this to our product manager as a bug.
