Problem with jwplayer.flash.swf and preroll

Hi,

We have some problems with prerolls and jwplayer 7.12.6.
On somes browsers (IE 11, Firefox 54,...), the spinner never ends looping and the ad (and thus following video content) is not displayed.
I tried to replace the swf player with the one provided with an older version jwplayer (7.11.0) and it works.

Could we use this older swf player as it's just a render engine or is there a risk we lose some functionnalities of jwplayer 7.12.6 by downgrading only the swf player.

Please let me know if my above question is not clear.
As prerolls don't play in browsers where flash is used, our fill rate is penalized.
So to make it short : can I use the 7.11.0 (working) swf player in jwplayer 7.12.6 ?
