Huge latency for video streaming also not supporting Apple and Android devices

1) It takes a huge latency for video streaming with JWPlayer (21 seconds average).

2) "rtsp" for Android devices and "hls" for Apple devices are not working.(Both in JWPlayer)

I have gone through a lot of documents but none of them helped me.

Please reply ASAP.

Hi Tony. RTSP isn’t a supported format – and when it was supported (JW 6) it requires flash, which explains why it’s not working on Android. If your HLS stream isn’t working on an iOS device then most likely there is an issue with the stream itself. Can you upload your content to our platform and see how it performs? Can you provide a test page?
