JWPlayer _.getVideoData is not a function issue

Hi,

Our videos have stopped playing site-wide in all browsers. When clicking the play button, I see "CAPTIONS(TypeError: x.getVideoData is not a function)” in the console and the videos do not play.

Seems like You tube has released some update which causes this issue.

Due to the frequent changes in the YouTube API, support for embedding YouTube videos was removed some time ago. I recommend you host the videos yourself or upload them to our platform. This error is most likely related to a new change that they have made.
