no title on video

I found about your fantastic service today and you cant guess that how satisfied Im with your services. thank you so much.
I have a question . I started to make a player with title and description and watermark activated on it. but my emended video shows on my site without this settings . what did I wrong ?

Are you running it on fullscreen in mobile? That would be one situation where that information would not show up. Do you have test page I can look at?
