no audio

I noticed the PBS.org uses your player. I have no audio for PBS.org, but audio everywhere else (eg youtube, and any other site). How can I get the audio to work with you player?

JW Player is a tool for web developers to embed videos on their website. If you are a viewer experiencing issues with videos on a website we recommend reaching out to that website directly with your feedback and a link to their page. Only the web developers for PBS.org have direct access to the web site code can fix any problems with embedded video players.

The videos on PBS.org play with audio on our end when viewing in Chrome version 62 in Mac OS. Before contacting them, make sure that your web browser (eg. Chrome, Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari) and operating system (Mac or Windows) are up to date. Also try clicking on the volume button. Depending on how the web developer configures the player, the player can remember the last known volume setting and playback with the same setting. So if your last known setting was muted, new videos will play as muted as well and you would have to click to un-mute them.
