Hello, I'm not sure how to describe the issue I've been having, but I recently created an account and as I understand it should have been linked to Swift Communications' larger account, and it seems like I only have an individual page. Is there any way to connect the two now, or what should I do to be part of that account?

You would have to reach to a user with Admin access to the larger account. Users with Admin access can invite other users to join the account via the Users section of their dashboard. When the Admin sends your invitation you will receive an email with a link to verify and accept the invitation.
