Terrible Buffering

Why does JWPlayer buffer so badly on slower connections? The videos only play for about 3 seconds and then buffer again.

My connection is 3-4Mbps.

Hi Josh – then it might be an issue with how you are able to connect to the server that is hosting the video or possibly with the video itself. I suggest you reach out to the owner of the website that is hosting the video.

We aren’t hosting the file, so it could be an issue with how you connect to the server hosting the file. Does this video load for you without buffering?
