Full Screen Issue

I have a Ncomputing lab in my Coaching. The video files that are created through the JWPlayer are not working while we keep full screen . I have tried using IE, Chrome, and firefox with all the same results. this is only happen when we trying with Ncomputing software only.

Hello,

Is Ncomputing an operating system? This is not specifically supported by JW Player, but out of curiosity, does it display most web pages using Javascript/CSS/HTML over http/https, as expected?
