WebVTT Cue Styling's not working

I have read this article: https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1482067
I try "WebVTT Cue Styling" with inline style in .vtt file on this article, and it's not working. all tags ( <i> tag, <b> tag...) are working perfect but <font> tag (with both attributes size and color) doesn't work.
Please help me!
