Hosted Videos: Higher quality sources

We're working on a 360 video project that requires we serve up the highest quality video possible to our users. Unfortunately, when we embed a hosted video we're only seeing 3 quality options, all too poor to use. (https://cl.ly/nMi7). 640p, 320p & 160p. The video we uploaded was transcoded to these source file sizes (https://cl.ly/nM5i) 320. 640 & 1280. Can anyone provide insight into increasing the video quality for a hosted video? Ideally, we'd like to stream 4k content with a hosted video if possible.

Our transcode templates are based on the width and the aspect ratio of your of your upload, but the player displays the height of the video. So your 1280 pixel wide transcode has a height of 640 pixels.

You would need to add a new transcode template on your account for 4k. Please see https://developer.jwplayer.com/jw-platform/reference/v1/methods/accounts/templates/index.html for more details.
