No Playable sources found RTMP

We use JWPlayer on our site. Up until a few weeks ago is has always worked going against a live stream of rtmp. On most everyone's computer it has now stopped working with a No Playable sources found error. The source is still good. I dump it into VLC and it works. Please help.

The browser is blocking Flash.

In general, I’d suggest using HLS instead.
