dynamic text marquee overlay in video

to discourage camera capture of video asset, we would like to have a moving dynamic text marquee in the body of the video, as an overlay. The text string will be dynamically compiled from user credentials etc. The Marquee will keep moving all over the video body in an ordered or random sequence. It will be semi-transparent, with configurable height-width-color parameters.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As far as animating the text you’ll have to refer to CSS animations or something similar.
