Cloud player URL not working.

When I try to use the url supplied for the cloud player, I seem to be getting an error. The url supplied in the dashboard is:

But if I try to load that url in the browser then I get an error. I notice in the documentation that the url has http://content and not http://web, is this correct?

I believe there was a point in time in the past that free and premium users were able to take advantage of DNS masking. That feature is now only available to Enterprise customers. I have reset your account to have the correct content mask.
