"Permission denied" in players

Hi, good morning,

I'm testing JW Player because I need a video player for my online courses (I want to buy a Premium Plan, but first I'm making some tests with a Free Plan).

My problem is when I add a player in my website (with Vimeo URL video source) I can't see the videos, I only obtain a message "Permission denied" and can't view the player.
Yesterday I embeded them and they worked perfectly, but today, in the same computer and same conditions, the player is not working. I've tried in several computers and mobile devices, just in case, with same result in each case.

Do you know what's the problem? Can you help me?

Please follow the instructions here so we can help troubleshoot. I suggest you purchase the Premium Subscription since it comes with free hosting and streaming. I don’t know how you are linking to Vimeo hosted content but it sounds like they may not be links designed to be consistently played in another player.
