Amount of monthly plays

Hi, I have a free account and I would like to know if the limit of 10.000 plays is to consider for every months or totaly. Next I wolud like to know if the limit of 10 videos is to consider for he videos uploaded on the platform or also for the incorporated on externel service (like Youtube).

It is a monthly limit. The 10 video limit is for videos hosted by us.
