I have the jwplayer wordpress plugin with a premium key. It does not let me remove the jwplayer logo and add my own. In the settings it says the api key is free but on the dashboard on jwplayer website is says it cost $299. Can anyone help?
If you are seeing the JW Player logo, that makes me think you have the JW6 plugin. Can you update to the latest version of our WordPress plugin? The name is
JW Player for WordPress and has our red logo on it.
You should be able to use the API key and secret when you active the plugin, even for Free account.
