I cancelled my account because my free trial never started but still got charged


Hello,
I signed up to upgrade my account, given the possibility that I had a 14 day trial but never got the free trial upgrade.
I tried to cancel my upgrade but was never given the option to cancel this, therefore I deleted my account from JWPlayer but still got charged today.
How can I contact you to get my money refunded if you don't offer any way to contact you?
Please contact me ASAP to get my money refunded.

I will escalate this to our Finance team to make sure you get your refund. Do you have the invoice number, by any chance? This will make it easier for them to find you in their system.
