Hello everybody
I wanted to try out the premium package on here
So i was asked to provide my billing info, in order start a "14-day-trial"
I was surprised to find out i was already charged! Before the trial even started!!

My trial starts on sebtember 27th
I was charged on that day as well!!

How are we supposed to trust you
If you cannot be trusted with holding back your dirty little fingers out of our own pockets!!

Something similar happened to me, I even deleted my account because my trial never started but I still got charged after I did this.
How can I get this refunded if I never even used this service?
