error loading media file could not be played---
when i try to play any video in a specific site it doesn't play & it shows me this message (error loading media file could not be played) i've tried to play this site's videos on different devices invluding mobile phones & computer & in different browsers but videos don't play ;; i told the support team of the site & they said that videos play with them ;; what should i do
