'Pro' renewal

We have had an email to say that our Pro - annual subscription will be charged shortly, we appear to be on a 'Free' account though. If I login, I get the message that the next invoice "Will Not Renew , this account will be downgraded." We have two audio files and a video file using JW Player, what difference will this make?
