Jwplayer videos not getting uploaded

Hi,

We have used PHP API for uploading videos from console using "download_url" parameter. It was working fine a month ago. But now when we upload video from our API, we get video_key. But on jwplayer dashboard, videos not getting uploaded. It shows video status as "processing". And video continously shows loading sign ie.e uploading gif.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi Priyanka,

Is it possible the video is corrupted? I notice that you are uploading the same video over and over again over the last several months – can you just use one of the previous videos?
