video image cover

Hello, i change the "poster image" for the cover of my videos, not upload image, i just select from the video... an everything is correct.
I embed on my website, and perfect! But after few hours the image cover just disappear , and on my website i just can see a black cover on the each video.
Can you solve this? my account is free but i have another with Premium Package.
