JWPlayer Mask option?!

I've searched all over JWPlayer and all i could find is this URL that is a "demo" but the video doesnt play with error:
"Error loading file: File could not be played"

I'm trying to find a html5 player that has the VR Player icon (it's the mask icon on the bottom right corner on this url https://bitmovin.com/adaptive-vr-360-video-streaming-html5-player/) and gives the option for 360º video as well (the same as bitmovin player in the url).

Does JWPlayer has this option? (360 video with VR icon option)

If you use Android you should see a mask icon. What page on our site are you referring to? Can you provide a URL? What browser are you using?

It seems your demo is now fine. I see a 360 video but no "mask" option. I'm on desktop version.
I tested on Adroid (Chrome) and the video is indeed 360º but still no mask option. Just the HD option and FULLSCREEN.

When i go to http://www.youvisit.com/tour/visitoakland i get a 360º video with the mask option on top right corner, this is what i want to achieve.
Does JWPlayer can have the options similar to uvisit.com player?

You don’t see a mask icon on the top right corner of the player? I would expect to see that on the latest version of mobile Chrome on the latest version of Android. Is it possible you are using an out of date browser/OS?

I ended up testing on another phone, here are the results:

Phone: OnePlus
Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.116
Android: 4.4.4
No VR Mask option.

Phone: P10 Lite
Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.116
Android: 7.0.0
The mask appears correct.

Perhaps related to android version?

Most likely – I would expect it to work in Android 5.
