JWplayer is unable to play on iphone and ipad

Our JWplayer version is 6.7, and our mobiles are unable to connect internet, and the error we got in the Ipad and Iphone is: Could not load plugins: File not found.

But it is working on PC end. The video you sent to me in the link also cannot be played on the Ipad and Iphone.

I downloaded latest version but it seems it needs new license.

Please note that JW 6 is no longer supported. Can you please upgrade your player version to JW 7 and then share a reproduction of this issue? Thanks.
