Intellectual property

Hi,

if I take a Premium account, what does following term of service exactly means:
"The Company shall retain all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Products, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and patent rights and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved."

Does this means that every video I made myself and that I upload becomes the intellectual property of JW Player ?

The Intellectual Property section of our Terms of Service basically states that we own the player. Customers own what they build using our player (or our other products), but they do not own the player itself (or our other products). Customers are not allowed to build stuff with the player that infringers others’ rights.
