Using JWPlayer for Wordpress VOD

I was looking for a Video-on-demand solution to one of my clients Wordpress site and was looking at JWPlayer since from what i've seen there are few solutions for what my client wants.
Heres the specs of the requests:

1 - A VOD Solution with WooCommerce Implementation to buy 360 video access.
2 - Videos must be allowed to be viewed in Mobile Web Browsers (no flash), but CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED IN ANYWAY (at least not using "simple" ways like video download websites, and browser extensions or temporary internet files). I know, there's always screen recorders but since it's 360 videos there should be no problem.
3 - Is it recommended to use Amazon Cloudfront and S3 for hosting and with JWPlayer? At the begginning the client will not be asking too much loading, although the client has a hosting shared account.

Is this possible with JWPlayer?

I'm familiar with Wordpress and Woocommerce but not with the Video-on-demand (and videos).

So i wanted to know if anyone has experience. I know that woocommerce has digital downloads plugin which i can implement, and perhaps with a membership plugin i can limit access to certain pages.
For HLS Streaming i see that JWPlayer supports 360 videos.

JW Player could play the content but everything else is outside our scope.

Totally up to your implementation, all we need is a video URL

We don’t have any special solutions that would prevent the download of a video. We can play encrypted streams, but you’d have to encrypt on your own and certain devices may not support it.

If you are hosting the video with us, we are delivering the video. If you want to host your videos on S3 that’s also fine, all the player needs is a video URL.
