How do I find my key/sn

I cant logon, I cant reset my password and of course I cant contact the support. It looks like a joke as I've just extended my licenses. How do I know what I subscribed for? I didn't want to cancel as we are a company and I don't want the access to an application to be cut.
Could someone tell me how to do if I don't receive the link the reset my password? (not in the junk of course)
