JW player videos too zoomed in

Watching SketchyMed videos which utilize JW player. The videos are way too zoomed in now. It cuts off part of the picture, which cuts out important info. Any way I can change any settings on my side?

Try changing the page zoom on the browser => http://www.wikihow.com/Zoom-With-a-Web-Browser. If that doesn’t help I recommend you contact the webmasters of the site you are trying to watch the video on since we can’t control how our customers use our player.
