What is this and where do I find this info for my videos which are self hosted.

The Media ID is an 8-digit identifier assigned to your media to track Analytics in the dashboard. You can track Analytics for your self-hosted content, but you would need to register the URLs to your content in your account dashboard. Once you add the URL, you will then be given the Media ID to use in your embed code. Check out our our support article for steps on how to register your content with JW Player.
