JW Player is a tool for web developers to embed videos on their web pages. A visitor to their web site should be able to view those videos directly in their web browser without installing anything (if the web developer follows our instructions).
If you are a viewer experiencing issues with videos on a website we recommend reaching out to that website directly with your feedback and a link to their page. Only the people that have direct access to the web site code can fix any problems with embedded video players.
