JW Player is not working in IE 11 .ERROR:'jwplayer' is null or undefined, not a Function object

Hi,

JW player is working fine on Chrome, Firefox , Safari and Edge but I'm getting the following error message when running on IE11;
"The value of the property 'jwplayer' is null or undefined, not a Function object"
When I hosted my player file as a standalone in xampp , it works fine but the player is not working when I am trying to run it through application .

I also tried the below steps but no luck. Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Security section -> Enable DOM Storage .

Please provide details why issue with IE and any specific format for IE.

Hi, there.

Can you please supply a link to a reproduction page so we can take a look at your issue?

Thank you.

Thanks for replying back.
Unfortunately I can't send you the link for our application as it is restricted. But I can send you the screen recording which I have captured for IE 10(where it is working) vs IE11 where it is not working. Can you please share your email address (my email address is already attached in the post) so that I can send you the recording.

Hi there,

If the attachment is less than 25 MB, you can attach it to an email and send it to support at jwplayer dot com and make sure you reference case # 116205 in your email. If the attachment is over 25 MB, we recommend uploading it to a file sharing service, like Dropbox or Google Drive, and sharing the link either to that email address or on this forum post.

With that being said, since we are not able to reproduce this behavior by default in IE 11 and are not hearing other reports of this, we would really need to see a live reproduction page in order to be able to troubleshoot why this would potentially be happening. Even if you cannot share you application with us, can you make a basic page with the player on it and host it somewhere where we can see?

Thank you.
