I’m afraid that was removed in JW 7. This is a proof-of-concept my manager created you could use to create that functionality yourself.

Donni, you've posted this URL several times to users asking this question however the URL does not work at all.
qa.jwplayer.com times out, can you provide a working URL so that we can find the solution to this issue?
I am very disappointed that JWPLAYER removed the nice listbar functionality of previous versions and now we have this silly looking one in jw7

Jason, I’m pointing to http://qa.jwplayer.com/~todd/jw7-playlist-custom-listbar.html so I’m not sure what you mean. We removed the listbar feature from the player two years ago when JW 7 was released. This means if you want a listbar you would have to build it yourself.
