Hosted 360 Video Long Load Time (few frames loaded)

I have a few sample 360 Videos hosted at JW Player (Player and Video). Viewing the sample preview page the video works as expected.
However using the provided embed code (both versions) the video will load a few frames then stop. I have the 360 controls (pan the view). However the next day the video played as expected.

I switched to a different computer and got the same result described above.

Any suggestions?

Since you have the free player, an MP4 is being played back instead of an HLS stream. Most likely the first time you try playback it hit the playback horizon before that part has been downloaded.

So the paid version will resolve the issue? This is a demonstration/ proof of concept for a project and choice of players is one of the aspects under consideration.
