I have some questions about billing when I switch my edition.
1. Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade the edition middle of my contact, I mean middle of the year?
2. What happens on my billing when I upgrade PREMIUM to PLATINUM middle of the year?
3. What happens on my billing when I downgrade PLATINUM to PREMIUM middle of the year?

It is possible to upgrade from Premium to Platinum at anytime within your one year subscription period. A pro-rated credit will be issued for the unused time remaining in your subscription and applied towards your Platinum upgrade transaction.
Users who purchase annual subscriptions have thirty (30) days after their purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After the cancellation period ends, all purchases are final and all fees paid are non-refundable.
