saving JWPLAYER video

I received a video of my dogs from a site (Rover) using JWPLAYER and would like to save the video but that doesn't seem to be an option. If it was sent under any of the more standard formats it would have been easy to save on my desktop to enjoy later. Pictures can be saved but not videos. Is it possible for recipients to save videos of their pets under the JWPLAYER format?

Our player plays standard video formats, we don’t have a JWPLAYER format. We can not control how our customer’s use our product. I would contact Rover directly about this and ask them to add this functionality.
