Playlist (Previous Played Video and other questions)?

We are just starting to evaluate JWPlayer and got the most recent build and looked at the API documents as well. For configuration, we will be hosting the player as well as the video. Three questions to anyone in the know as we can't readily see answers to these questions and we are hoping someone can point us in the right direction...
1. Is there a Previous Play button similar to the Next Video that shows up on the toolbar when a Playlist is configured?
2. Is there a way to hide or remove the Playlist button that shows up in the top right of the screen?
3. Is there a way to customize the toolbar and add our own buttons so that we can call our own scripts?

For Q3 We are reading how you can add a button on overlay, so I think that can serve our purpose. We also read in this support area that you can't modify existing control bar but you can create your own. So adding a button on overlay will work for us as we don't want to redo the control bar.

Main question still remaining that we are hoping to get a quick answer on: Q1 Is there a Previous Play button similar to the Next Video that shows up on the toolbar when a Playlist is configured?
