I found on the Internet information which can suggests that earlier in this table also was not any information about RTMPS but in fact it was supported by version 6.11 of JW player.
20.11.2014 version 6.11 was released
01.01.2015 on this page (http://ooz.co.kr/110) it is the same tabele of supported protocols without information about RTMPS
24.02.2015 version 6.12 was released
On your page there is information that rtmps is working for JWplayer 6.11

Indeed, it was available in an older player but it is not supported now. Support for JW 6 ended some time ago.
