I want to keep track of each video streaming size. so that I can have the record of how much amount the streaming utilized by each video according i can charge amount to my clients.

That’s not build in functionality, even with the “bitrate” you may not be able to calculate it given that different browsers and streams behave differently. A stream may not have bitrate declared, the browser may support native HLS and doesn’t report bitrate changes.
