no playable sources found

hi
i have the free subscription of jwPlayer, when i play a mp4 file on that, every thing is ok.
but when i want to play a hls file (m3u8 file), the player show "no playable sources found" !
is this problem depend on my subscription or NOT !
IF yes! with a PREMIUM subscription, every thing will be OK?

The Premium license subscription or higher is required for HLS support in the player. Please check out our Using HLS Streaming for more more information. You can also use our Stream Tester on our Developer Portal to test your streams before upgrading.
