Audio - Video Sync

Watching 'Ask the Editor' on Merriam-Webster site. A more recent video of Peter Sokolowski was out of sync. Audio played at recorded speed (voice normal), but video was only in sync for the first few seconds of video when pausing and starting again. Can this be fixed with settings?
