Survey won't work

My Survey sent me a notice that a survey was ready for me to do, I gladly started it then I received a message that JWPLAYER came up & the Video would not work & it also JWPLAYER that I needed JW PLAYER to watch the video.
The problem is I did download AWPLAYER just last week.
So can anyone help me out please as I loose points.
